Trying to prevent Madoka's untimely end, Homura decides to go to Kamihama City and ask the magical girls there for assistance. There she finds that Kamihama's magical girls are facing just as much of a crisis as she is thanks to Alina Gray. Will Homura be able to save both Madoka and her allies?
